devil heads, cow heads, or BIG OUCH, these things on Kingston Point Beach are no joke! This is a PSA to bring shoes to walk on the beach as well as into the water when you come to the sauna!

Water chestnuts are an invasive aquatic plant that can cause blockages in the Hudson, but like all things deemed as “bad” we can should admire their beauty resilience and ability to provide shelter for lots of river species :)

EARTH DAY CELEBRATION TOMORROW TO HONOR THE NEW THEODORE ROBINSON COMMUNITY FORREST 💚

The Forrest located behind the saunas is dedicated to Theodore Robinson who lived adjacent to the land and stewarded the space.

There will be a talk on more Black History of Germantown from 12-1pm!

Then come eat tacos made by our dear .ny sauna, and walk the Forrest.

We love knowledge, steam, nature and food! What could be better!
