Let’s talk about BUTTER BREAD BRIGID AND SAUNA! JOIN US TOMORROW TO CELEBRATE IMBOLC (in the belly of the mother), to mark the mid point of winter (yes it is half way over), we will be making butter with heavy cream and eating it on warm bread! 2pm-6pm

Read on to hear more about my feelings on butter!

To me this time of year my body craves fat, and butter to me is a perfect pairing with sauna as it is a magical alchemical process, something that brings so much joy and it actually so simple.

Also, IMBOLC usually the coldest time of year marks our halfway point through winter. It is when the farm animals begin to lactate and the first drippings of spring happen. St Brigid the patron saint of Ireland is worshipped on this holiday, bringing her protection to all animals readying themselves for birth.

We will be stationed on Kingston Point Beach from March-May!

On this BITTER COLD DAY, let’s talk about BUTTER!

Join us on February 1st 2pm-6pm to celebrate the Celtic holiday known as IMBOLC derived from the Irish word “Imbolg” it means “in the belly of the mother” and marks the mid-winter point. A time when the farm animals start lactating and the first drippings of spring happen.

Each ticket includes enough heavy cream to make your own butter ball! Bread will be served !

BRRR!!! We are in the depth of winter and are so grateful to these boxes of steam!

Please walk with caution as we try to manage ice with our heat mats and salt. If the temperature is under 30 it is not safe nor possible for us to maintain our cold plunges, but buckets of water will be provided, although standing outside or laying on the snow should do the trick!
