We’re making a change — one that truly reflects who we are and what we’re building.

This page is becoming One Drop Refillery 🌿

For the past 11 years, my focus has been helping families live healthier lives. Recently, that vision has expanded in exciting new ways.

I’m so happy to share that I’ll now be helping people make simple, sustainable swaps by refilling everyday products instead of buying more single-use packaging. One small change — one drop at a time — can make a meaningful impact for our homes, our health, and our community.

Thank you for being here and supporting this journey. I can’t wait to share more as we create a space centered on intentional living, clean products, and a little less waste in the world.

Sometimes essential oils don’t work. Sometimes the natural remedy you’re doing won’t cut it. ⠀

And that’s ok. ⠀
⠀
And it happens to me too. And it happens to even the ones who seem to have it ALL TOGETHER...I promise.⠀
⠀
Kicker came down with a bad ear ache yesterday and even doing all the natural remedies it wasn’t quit cutting it. So at 2am I gave him ibuprofen. And we both slept. And it’s ok. And today the pain came back again- with a vengeance. So I gave him another one. And he started smiling and eating again. And that’s ok.

It doesn’t mean natural doesn’t work. It just means sometimes we need to also be ok with accepting conventional solutions especially when someone needs rest and relief.

I don’t know who needed to hear this or if it was just me needing to remind myself 💛

Oh there is that word… b.u.s.y.⁣

Somewhere along the way we began to equate ‘being busy’ as being important. That if we completely fill our time with activities, appointments, task lists, etc, that others would think that we are in high demand.⁣
⁣
If these last 15 months have taught me anything, it’s that I HATE the word busy. Here are a few reasons why…⁣
⁣
1. It implies that I am not available to others that need me- when in actuality, I will always drop or reschedule something to be there for others.⁣
⁣
2. The word ‘busy’ makes me feel stressed. It has an out of control feel about it. I know that I am very much in control and can choose what I fill my days with.⁣
⁣
3. Saying ‘I am busy’ doesn’t share any personal information with another person. I want to dive deep in to doing life with others.

So friends, tell me your joys & tell me your sorrows, but please don’t answer with … I’m busy.⁣. When I ask how you are doing, I really want to know. ❤️

I’ve had all these feelings and more and have use similar tactics to protect myself from failure. ⁣

[DIY Friday: Cinnamon Apple Chips]

It's apple season and hopefully you have enjoyed a trip to the orchard at some point this fall! I am always looking for new ways to use my oils in the kitchen and these look delicious!

Pair with a seasonal dip or eat plain. YUM! Do you have a favorite Fall recipe?

Just a friendly PSA to wash your masks! I use a small amount of OnGuard Cleaner Concentrate added to a bowl with warm water.

Let soak for 10 min or so and then gently hand wash. Discard dirty water and rinse until water is clear. Air dry!
