One very invaluable aspect to your workouts has got to be dedicated time to just stretching and breathing, whether that's yoga, Tai Chi, Qi gong or just stretching and breathing and holding poses for a duration of time to allow your joints and muscles breathe, allow tight knots dissipate, allow your breath connect with your body and connect with Spirit.
You can just lay down and breathe, connect with your body with the mind out of the way.
It's invaluable, in this fast paced society we live in, don't get too doped up on always working out hard, running, weights, cardio... I am telling you, I am telling you, I am telling you.
You have to soften up, esp my ladies π₯°π΅π
Not only does longevity and youthfulness reside here, but just feeling more fulfilled in life with just who you are and where you are.
So much opens up in that space, as you become dedicated - you will be able to go deeper to connect with Self & God within.
It translates from how we treat and approach our bodies.
You must breathe, follow your breath, disconnect the mind.
It's Anti-inflammatory, Antiageing, Healing, Grounding, improves overall health, wellness and vitality. The biggest benefits will be how it translates into your life, work and relationships.
If you have not already added this to your routine, do so today. Make that commitment. At least 1hr, or 1.5hrs or longer, even better.
It's EZ, it's Simple, it's worth it.
