intersectionspa.com Hello! My name is Tracy Lake. We can talk. Thank you all.
I'm a master herbalist, Reiki master/teacher, vibroacoustic therapist and a registered yoga teacher. Herbal medicine and natural remedies have been the defining factor in my family’s wellness for many years. When raising my family I rarely had to take my children to the doctor for anything other than wellness checks. I can’t begin to imagine the amount of money we've saved in co-pays over the years! I would encourage you to consider adding herbs, supplements, body practices such as breath meditation or yoga and energy work into your daily life. I've found them to be useful in so many ways. Whether my head is pounding, or I need a pick me up in the afternoon, or I want to soothe my nerves, I have something in my wellness "toolbox" to help me. I think holistic wellness is meant to be experienced by everyone, and by sharing knowledge we strengthen each other. I've been a soldier, a stay-at-home mom, and have worked both part-time and full-time jobs. Each has been a unique chapter for me. I am so excited to begin writing my next chapter doing something I love and feel passionate about. If you want to learn about any of the products or practices mentioned on this page, contact me. I offer one-on-one consultations. Please see the calendar on the website to know what days are available for appointments and when and where I am teaching community yoga classes.
*Please note: I am not a physician. I am sharing things that have helped me or people I know or that I have read. Please contact a physician before using any essential oil, herb, supplement or beginning an exercise program such as yoga. There are many herbs, oils and supplements that should not be used or should be used with caution if a person is pregnant or has a diagnosed medical condition. Do not use if you have an allergy to the oil, herb or supplement. My experience is with adults. I do not have information concerning children. I am happy to share what I have learned. Please do your research and consult your doctor before adding any of these things into your daily life. Wishing you health, happiness, joy and prosperity! Tracy Lake
