😊Confession- I have a bit of a sweet tooth!
So having these made and in the fridge wrapped up in ziplock bags of 2 is one of my secrets! They help to satisfy my sweet tooth while sticking to my healthy goals & the 30 Day Slimdown! ! Here’s the recipe!!
🍪Peanut Butter Brownie Batter Energy Balls🍪
•3 cups quick oats (I use Bob’s gluten free)
•1/2 cup peanut butter ( almond butter also works)
•1/2 cup honey
•2 packets Brownie Batter LEAN Protein Powder
•1 tbsp almond milk
•1 tsp vanilla
•1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients in a bowl & mix well. If it’s too dry add a little splash of almond milk. Scoop into equal size balls ( makes approx 20) then roll with damp hands ( this helps keep your here from getting sticky). Place in fridge to cool and store there until ready to eat. I like to make individual ballsacks with two balls in each ziplock bag! 😊 Great for grab n go snacks!
