😊Confession- I have a bit of a sweet tooth!

So having these made and in the fridge wrapped up in ziplock bags of 2 is one of my secrets! They help to satisfy my sweet tooth while sticking to my healthy goals & the 30 Day Slimdown! ! Here’s the recipe!!

🍪Peanut Butter Brownie Batter Energy Balls🍪

•3 cups quick oats (I use Bob’s gluten free)
•1/2 cup peanut butter ( almond butter also works)
•1/2 cup honey
•2 packets Brownie Batter LEAN Protein Powder
•1 tbsp almond milk
•1 tsp vanilla
•1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients in a bowl & mix well. If it’s too dry add a little splash of almond milk. Scoop into equal size balls ( makes approx 20) then roll with damp hands ( this helps keep your here from getting sticky). Place in fridge to cool and store there until ready to eat. I like to make individual ballsacks with two balls in each ziplock bag! 😊 Great for grab n go snacks!

These burger bowls have all the goodies - crispy baked French fries, bacon, pickles, tomatoes, onions, avocado, ground beef and special sauce.

🌊 ☕️ Coffee & Vitamin Sea to get the days started! The beach has been my office, playground, gym & the place I’ve gone to meditate/ think/ reflect, goal set & express gratitude for the past couple weeks.

😎There’s nothing like nature to create calm and clarity! I’ve literally rolled out of bed each day, threw on some clothes and walked across the street to do it- and hello I haven’t even put on make up! Who am I? Haha! I am so grateful for the weather we have had and the relaxing we’ve enjoyed!

Since being in Huntington Beach this month I’ve rolled out of bed, threw on leggings or shorts, coffee and sunglasses and walked across the street to the ocean! No makeup. Not fussing over my hair or anything else just going to enjoy the peace, the calm, the beauty and to put my toes in the sand or water! I didn’t even bring my AirPods I just listened to the waves hit the shore and the sandpipers talk to each other. It’s been magical! In doing so I’ve been able to clear my mind, learn more about myself, create, connect with what I want this year, how I want to make an impact and more.

Nature. Vitamin Sea. Time with my thoughts. While also moving my body each day as I walked 4 miles plus without even realizing it. 😊 I’m so grateful for this time I didn’t know I so needed. It’s truly nurtured my body and soul.

How are you taking care of you today & this week? Make it happen. Let go. Breathe. And if you can go outdoors to move, take it all in and notice what’s in front of you! 🩷

Omg being on vacation for almost a month has been sooooo insanely fun but I’ve for sure gotten off track with my regular habits! I don’t feel bad about it at all but my body is starting to yell at me a little saying “ OK Mols- we gotta do something once you’re home girlfriend!” ( yes my body calls me girlfriend!😝)

Summer is halfway through and I have had way too much fun! I am all about habits and sticking to good ones but being on vacation for two weeks now and going to parties, dinners etc I have gotten off track! What about you?

This is so good!

The most powerful word in the world is NO. When you say NO to things that no longer serve you, you take charge of your life and embrace the power of assertiveness.
