Wow what a week! I just got back from an amazing Warriors of Light Program in Toronto with The Modern Mystery School.

I can’t tell you how valuable it is to be surrounded by people working their hardest and giving it their all. I see a lot of people day to day just trying to “get by” or wanting to blend in and for most of my life I wanted that too. I understand, it’s easier. But what progress has come from easy? What Joy from mediocrity?

The more I stretch myself and push my limits, the more that I realize I am capable of and what a good feeling that is! No one can take away the pride, fulfillment, satisfaction and Joy from earning an accomplishment and it only propels me to want to achieve more.

Over the last week, I earned my yellow belt and also the honor of becoming a 3rd step Ritual Master in the Lineage of King Salomon and let me tell you (and others who have received that honor will also tell you) you have to EARN it.

Thanks to all of my brothers and sisters who worked their a$$es off this week and who strive to be greater in body mind and spirit each and every day.

Thanks to the leadership who holds the bar high so we can truly step into our greatness. Without this high bar we wouldn’t know just how much we are capable of! 🙏🏻

❤ What are you doing for Valentine's Day?

When I was younger I loved to make Valentines. Up through when I was in college, I would hand make and mail out Valentines to my good friends. I liked and still like the idea of focusing our attention on love, of all kinds.

Valentine's day can hold a lot of pressure, whether you're in a relationship or not. Maybe you feel sad because you're single. Or maybe you feel the pressure of buying just the right gift. Whatever the case may be, it doesn't have be that way. We can simply focus on loving ourselves where we are at and sharing that love with the people around us.

In this vein, I'm hosting an *in person* meditation this Feb. 14th from 6-730pm in South Orange County. (Reg info in comments) After we meditatie, I'll be serving some delightful chocolates from a local chocolatier.

So, I guess this is my way of asking... will you be my Valentine? 😘
