*ANYONE THAT ANNOYS YOU* --is teaching you patience and calmness.

*ANYONE THAT ABANDONS YOU* --is teaching you how to stand up on your own feet.

*ANYBODY THAT OFFENDS YOU* --is teaching you forgiveness and compassion.

*ANYTHING THAT YOU HATE* --is teaching you, unconditional love.

*ANYTHING THAT YOU FEAR* --is teaching you the courage to overcome your fears.

*ANYTHING YOU CAN'T CONTROL* --is teaching you to let go.

*ANY "NO" YOU GET FROM HUMAN* --is teaching you to be independent.

*ANY PROBLEM YOU'RE FACING* --is teaching you how to get a solution to problems.

*ANY ATTACK YOU GET FROM PEOPLE* --is teaching you the best form of defence.

Always look out for the lesson in every situation you face in every phase of life.
Be polite, calm, gentle and thankful to God because He will be with you to the end.
Life had taught me lessons. I do not see people at my cross road, because humans are not reliable. I only see God as the author and finisher of my faith.

*When you live your life without anyone betraying, hurting, disappointing, disgracing or offending you, then it means you never did anything worthy.*

*The beauty of life, is that it comes with disappointments and betrayals, from people you least expect.*

*Unfortunately, some of us spend so much time crying over these betrayals and disappointments, and end up becoming victims of all circumstances.*

*Remember One Thing:* *Holding unto anger is like knocking your head on the wall and expecting the other person to feel the pain. You are only hurting yourself.*

*The fact is that the world is full of annoying, naughty, stupid and ungrateful people, and you will always come across them at one point or another in life. But the best thing to do, is to deal with them with wisdom and maturity.*

*You can’t get everyone to love you, think like you or behave like you... never.*

*We must learn to tolerate and overlook certain things, we must try to bury the faults of others and move on with life.*

*Anger, Hatred and Intolerance have caused most of the world's problems and solved none.*

*Life is short, you don't know how much time you have left*

*I beseech you to take the pain and forgive that special person you hold grudges against, and iron out your grievances.*

*Muster the courage and apologise to that person you have offended.*

*Life is not measured by the amount of money, houses or companies you have, but by the positive impact you have made in the lives of others.✅✅✅✅✅

Mindful Moments.

To be perfectly honest, there are lots of difficult challenges I face on an ongoing basis. Each day, each challenge, I actively choose the belief that everything is going to work out. And, you know what? So far, it has. I have no evidence that would cause me to believe otherwise.

Try it out. Is your challenge an obstacle or an opportunity? Are you able to look back at things that have happened in your life and remember how you thought you could not possibly get through it? Well, you did!

This is a practice I teach my patients, clients, and students. Reduces stress and anxiety.

Legs up the wall is good for your health. Put on soothing music, nature sounds, or silence. Set your alarm so you are not looking at your watch or clock. There are 39 days until January 1st. That is about 117 meals. Thanksgiving, Christmas, five Holiday parties, and New Year's Eve for indulging meals still leave about 109 meals. Do you see where I'm going here? No need to wait until next year to start eating healthy.

Our Story

Jacque Ruddy is a Southern California Native. She has called Huntington Beach home since 1991. Jacque is a sought-after keynote speaker and workshop leader for topics such as: Resiliency through Adversity - - - Breast Health & Early Detection of Breast Cancer - - - Harness Your Dreams with a Vision Board - - - Corporate Communication-Keys to Success - - - Mindfulness in the Workplace and at Home - - - Single Parents Guide to a College Education - - - How I Received over $225,000 in Scholarships & Grants for College - - - Garbage Bag Kid to USC Grad! Jacque has an incredible story of strength and resilience. In 2011, Jacque was raising her 20 month and six-year-old sons, on her own. To give her family a better future, she made the decision to pursue her dreams of a college education that would lead to her becoming a Clinical Therapist. During her first semester, on her son's second birthday, Jacque learned that she had an invasive breast cancer and would have to undergo a mastectomy. Two weeks after the mastectomy, she was back in college, full-time. She stayed in school through aggressive chemotherapy and many complications. Jacque earned an AA degree, with honors, and was offered a full-ride at the University of California, Irvine as a Psychology and Social Behavior major.

During her undergraduate studies at UCI, Jacque conducted research in the area of behaviors and breast cancer. Two days before her senior year at UCI was to begin, Jacque was diagnosed with Stage III recurrent breast cancer! The cancer had returned, more aggressive than ever. In spite of having multiple surgeries, three months of chemotherapy, and five weeks of daily radiation therapy, on June 10, 2016, Jacque became the first in her family to earn a Bachelor’s degree!

Against all odds, Jacque was granted admission to her dream school for her graduate studies: Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work, University of Southern California School. On May 10, 2018, Jacque walked across the USC stage to receive her Master of Social Work, a dream come true!

Jacque works with individuals and groups to share strategies to get from reverse to neutral and from neutral to living your best live and finding the personal power to achieve the personal and professional growth you deserve. Jacque believes that most of what holds us back are the deep-rooted lies we have been told and have continued to tell ourselves about our value and ability.
