I’m on my way home from Healing Appalachia and HOPE in the Hills in Lewisburg, WV, and tonight, I plan to treat everyone who’s able to attend Sunday Reset: Restorative Yoga with Reiki with September Specials!

Our friend Gina Hart-Smith of Gina Hart-Smith Yoga and Ayurveda is special guest teaching TONIGHT! As long as I arrive home in time, I will be offering (optional) gentle assists and hands-on or off reiki during class 6-7:30pm. We’ll have consent cards on hand for everyone. 🪬

My friend Lindsay Schooler puts her heart and soul into this heart work.

Laser-focused on how dang excited we are for WILD: Yoga Dance Party! Here’s some important deets:

- Arrive early! With tons of local events PLUS the great Waterfront Fest, you’ll want extra time to find a spot or walk over from the garage. Class starts at 5:30pm-ish, standard hippy yoga time, as the great Gina Hart-Smith would say.

- Festival wristband’s aren’t required to drop into our class, but we’d LOVE for ya to purchase a fest ticket to enjoy food and music before and/or after WILD!

- Don’t overthink it. Deeply judgement free zone here. Neurodivergent and LGBTQ friendly. No yoga or dance experience or abilities required. If you’re breathing, you can partake!

The magic that ensues and ripples out from our Divine Feminine Power and Practice events is unexplainable. Trying to explain magic ruins it. Our Altar gives a glimpse into our intention. Its a symbol of recognition and surrender to beauty, meaning, devotion, and the sacred that surrounds us and fills us always.
My first experience practicing with a participatory altar was many moons ago with Lilias Folan in Yellow Springs, Ohio.
We were invited to place any meaningful object we wished to infuse with the memories and energy of our gathering. It's a lovely practice I'm more than happy to carry forward. This altar table is a gift from my sister Allison Hart. It serves as a loving reminder that my work is literally and spiritually supported by my Earth Sister who means the world to me and inspires me daily with her truthfulness, patience, and steadfastness.
Our next meaningful women's gathering in Wheeling is planned for late summer date TBA.
