This is my 4th year choosing a word for the new year instead of a resolution.
This word is my approach to living in 2026.
The first way I'm simplifying is:
Teaching 1 public class per week.
The name of the class is yoga.
It happens Tuesdays at 6:30 pm.
You can attend online or virtually.
Let's keep it simple.

I had two yoga classes for one student this week.
Sometimes I think about what that means.
I am very clear about what it doesn't mean.
-It doesn't mean I'm not a great teacher.
-It doesn't mean slow, floor based practices like yin and Restorative yoga are less than, unimportant, or unnecessary.
-It doesn't mean I wasted my time.
Both classes had exactly the right person there and it was exactly perfect.
One is enough.
One at a time is sometimes just right.
