The WV Collegiate Strategic Prevention Framework Partnerships for Success (C-SPF-PFS) Initiative wants to hear from students at WV colleges and universities about drug and alcohol use on their campuses through a short, voluntary, anonymous survey.

We’re excited to launch this year’s Community Coalition Cohort (C3) — and we can’t wait to work with the next group of coalitions making a difference in their communities!

This year we’re offering two tracks:

✨ Foundations Track – Limited to 6 coalitions for intensive, one-on-one support.
🚀 Advancement Track – Limited to 12 coalitions, including those who completed the 2025 pilot cohort.

Want to get certified to deliver the CATCH My Breath Youth Va**ng Prevention Curriculum in schools in West Virginia?

Thanks to the American Lung Association, there are 3, no cost, virtual trainings scheduled.

Implementation Training- 2-hour virtual training prepares you to deliver curriculum, training qualifies for stipend requirements.
April 2nd, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM EDT

6 Hour Train-the-Trainer- 6 hour, 2-day virtual training, qualifies for stipend requirements and allows individuals to train others to deliver the CATCH My Breath curriculum.

Our Project Director had the honor of speaking today in the Rotunda in order to announce all of the Certified Prevention Specialists in the state of West Virginia. It was great seeing so many people at the state Capitol supporting prevention efforts in West Virginia!
