You can depend on the general pediatricians and specialists at to provide your child with the best care when they're sick and when they're healthy. In addition to the well-child visits, immunizations and sick visits that are considered part of your child's primary care, Marshall Pediatrics has fellowship-trained specialists in 15 different subspecialties, including pediatric oncology, behavior disorders, allergy/immunology and more. For after hours concerns, our answering service is available at 304-528-6600. As part of an academic health system, the care team at Marshall Pediatrics is committed to excellence. You can expect a friendly, caring, knowledgeable and attentive staff, a welcoming office setting with the latest diagnostic and treatment facilities and the full resources of a major teaching/children's hospital.

Marshall Pediatrics NowCare has reached capacity for today, Sunday February 22nd, and is closed for the rest of the afternoon. All pediatric patients may visit the following walk-in clinic:

NowCare will reopen tomorrow Monday, February 23rd at 9:00AM!

Normal hours of operation:
Monday through Friday - 9:00AM to 7:30PM
Saturday and Sunday - 9:00AM to 2:30PM

RSV FAQs: What you need to know

RSV often looks like a bad cold with a runny nose, cough and fever. 🤧

Who’s most at risk?

• Babies under six months, premature infants, kids with heart or lung conditions and older adults are more likely to get severe symptoms like wheezing or trouble breathing.

Can RSV be prevented?

• Yes. Pregnant women can get an RSV vaccine to help protect babies for the first six months, and some infants may qualify for a preventive shot if their mom did not receive the vaccine.

When should I seek care?

• If your child is wheezing or having trouble breathing, seek urgent medical care right away.

• All Marshall Cardiology locations will open to patients at noon.

• Marshall Ob/Gyn will begin seeing patients at 9 a.m.

Tele-NOW Care remains available for minor illnesses and injuries at 304.781.TELE, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.
