Take 10 minutes in a quiet room for yourself. 💛 Legs up the wall and wall butterfly. 🧘‍♀️ Get as close to the wall as you can keeping your lower back relaxing into the floor. Draw your legs up the wall. Dont force your legs straight. Allow the knees to bend slightly. If it is comfortable, feel free to place a blanket under tour lower back. Hold for 2-5minutes. Take a deep breath in and a slow exhale out. With each exhale, allow your shoulders to relax deeper into the mat. Relax your jaw. 🙏 Bend your knees and draw you feet together for wall butterfly. Hold for 2-5minutes. Continue a slow steady pace of breathing. When you are ready to release, straighten the legs back up the wall. Then hugs your knees into your chest and roll to your right side. Stay as long as you like. Then push yourself back to a sitting position.
Precautions: Glaucoma, Hypertension, Hernia. If you are new to these poses and have any of these conditions please avoid.

I hope everyone is staying healthy! These are stressful times for sure, especially if you suffer from anxiety or depression. It is ok to celebrate the smallest of accomplishments while at home, even if that is just taking a shower and tidying your living space. I have not been in a place just yet to tackle house projects or exercise programs, and such. I know there is a ton of online yoga out there but I have a goal of creating a short yin practice to share. If you have any interest or requests please let me know :). Stay healthy- both physically and mentally. 💛
