GET MIGRAINE HEADACHES?

This study shows Circadian Rhythm disruption (dark days and bright nights) increased the number of these kinds of headaches women get AND increased their severity.

The women with circadian rhythm disruption got almost DOUBLE the amount of migraines each month!

Everyone I have ever known who gets migraines is also chronically disrupting their circadian rhythm.

There's a lesson in there but I cant quite figure it out hmmmmmmm I wonder what it could be?

I’m pretty terrible about self care but yesterday I made the time! Lagree pilates at , VibroAcoustic Therapy at , vitamin D session, first pup cups for our fur babies at Starbucks, and a night off from cooking & cleaning the kitchen courtesy of a delicious meal from .andlight513 ✨Taking this time makes me a better wife & mom but also helps me best serve my clients & I am so grateful for y’all 🩵🫶
