My mornings used to start with coffee and exhaustion—until I made 3 simple changes that completely shifted my energy and focus. 💫
Here’s what I do now instead:
1️⃣ Hydrate first. A tall glass of water with minerals before coffee—your cells will thank you.
2️⃣ Move gently. Even 5–10 minutes of stretching or walking wakes up your circulation and clears brain fog.
3️⃣ Take a mindful moment. A few deep breaths or a short gratitude pause sets the tone for a calm, centered day.
It’s not about perfection—it’s about intention.
When you start your morning by fueling your body and mind, everything else flows more easily. 🌿
