My mornings used to start with coffee and exhaustion—until I made 3 simple changes that completely shifted my energy and focus. 💫

Here’s what I do now instead:
1️⃣ Hydrate first. A tall glass of water with minerals before coffee—your cells will thank you.
2️⃣ Move gently. Even 5–10 minutes of stretching or walking wakes up your circulation and clears brain fog.
3️⃣ Take a mindful moment. A few deep breaths or a short gratitude pause sets the tone for a calm, centered day.

It’s not about perfection—it’s about intention.

Okay, this shocked me when I found out —
When people take meds like Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro, a lot of the weight they lose isn’t just fat.

It can actually be up to 30–40% muscle.
Like… what?! 😬

And here’s why that’s a big deal:
💪 Muscle is what keeps your metabolism fast
⚡ It gives you energy
🔥 Helps you burn calories even when you’re chilling

So when you lose muscle, it’s way easier to hit a plateau or gain weight back later. Plus, you just feel weaker and more tired overall.
