In a million years, I never would’ve guessed I’d share photos showing any skin on social media.

But this was my life before FASTer Way.

Don’t throw in the towel on your health just because today is hard.

I’ve lived this firsthand.
There was a time when life turbulence would knock me flat—and I’d stay there.
One hard day would turn into several… sometimes weeks.
I didn’t know how to get back up quickly, so I’d quit on myself.

Now? It’s different.

Not because life is easier.
But because I have a plan.

Living the FASTer Way lifestyle has taught me how to return to center when things feel off. I don’t spiral. I don’t start over. I simply go back to what I know—just like hopping back on a bike.

No deprivation.
No punishment.
Just balance, consistency, and grace.
