Also called InflammAGING because that's what inflammation does ---- accelerates the aging process.

I am not afraid of getting older, but I want to do my best to age WELL - strong, healthy, vibrantly.

Inflammation works against that.

And the problem is that most people have chronic low-level inflammation and don't even realize it.

One of the saddest types of inflammation is that of the brain - and if you're lucky, it "just" results in the inability to focus, mild headaches, and difficulty completing mentally tough tasks.

I've been there with this type and I know that you never really understand just how much inflammation is holding you back until you no longer have it day in and day out.

The AMAZING thing, though, is that WE CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!! And it does NOT require pills, potions, powders, or prescriptions! Mama, you have SO MUCH MORE agency over how you show up in the world than many would have you believe.

*I* believe in you. I KNOW you can beat down inflammation, age well, and live vibrantly. And I'd love to show you how.

There's a world of difference between getting to workout and having to workout.

For me, building a home gym space over the last few years has made my workout time much more enjoyable. And that matters.

You don't need lots of equipment or space to start. You just need to BEGIN.

I started with exercise bands kept in a basket in my den. START THERE.

I've added to my equipment by asking for it for Christmas and birthdays. Who needs more stuff anyway?!

My area is an awkward space at the top if the stairs. It's not a full room by any means.

Over the past 30 decades, I've exercised in all sorts of gyms and done all types of classes. Nothing against any of them! If going TO a gym or joining a class is what gets you moving, please do that!

I've just found for me right now, I love working out alone at home. I listen to educational podcasts and look forward to my time. ❀️

My dinner veggitizer kicked the meal off with 9g of fiber. πŸ’―

And my meal included a bit more thanks to some additional veggies and beans for a grand total of around 18g of fiber in this one meal. πŸ’―

What's extra awesome about my fiber sources here is:

🎯 Whole foods
🎯 Gut healthy
🎯 Anti-inflammatory
🎯 Insulin honoring

I aim for 30g of fiber over the course of the day. Some days im a little lower and that's okay. It's a guideline not a rule.
The point is to support gut and hormone health through healthy whole foods.

Here's what's on my veggitizer plate:

Fermented kraut
Basil seeds
Sprouted pumpkin seeds
1 tsp evoo

Beating down inflammation, supporting gut health, and honoring hormones one bite at a time. πŸ’―πŸŽ―βœ¨οΈ
