Some days the body just answers the call.

I hit the gym today aiming for 10 reps with the 80s on incline dumbbell press…

But when the moment came, the Ironheart kicked in and I cranked out 15 reps.

That’s the thing about consistent training, progress shows up when you least expect it.

You just have to keep showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process.
