Tomorrow our clinics will be closing early, and Friday all Modern Day Health Care locations in Brandon, Huron, and Aberdeen will be closed as our entire team comes together for our annual company retreat.
In healthcare, we spend every day caring for others. We answer hard calls, sit with people through difficult moments, celebrate victories, and show up for our communities in ways that often go unseen. But one thing we’ve learned is this: to care well together, we also need time to connect with each other.
With teams spread across multiple communities, we don’t always get the opportunity to slow down and build the personal relationships behind the professional ones. This retreat gives us that chance. It allows us to reconnect, strengthen our foundation, support one another, and remember why we do this work in the first place.
Because strong teams create better care.
We are incredibly grateful for the trust our patients and communities place in us every day, and while we may be stepping away briefly, we are doing so with purpose. We look forward to returning refreshed, recharged, and even more connected as a company — ready to continue serving you with the compassion and care you deserve.
