Why am I still so tired?!

Seriously, you take your Vitamin D every day, you're doing the thing, but nothing is happening.

The truth is, your levels might be low not because you're "cheaping" out on supplements, but because your own body is running a silent little scam on you. I'm talking about the 2 Hidden Traps that determine if your Vitamin D works at all.

Your Vitamin D is fat-soluble, right? That means your fat tissue is a massive slow-release vault. When you swallow that vitamin D, your body immediately pulls up to ∼50% of it out of circulation and locks it up in your fat cells. That is called the dilution effect, and it's why your blood tests always look low! You literally have to take 2x or 3x the dose just to overcome this hoarding.

AND even the little bit of D that escapes the vault can't do its job if you're low on magnesium. Magnesium is the key that activates D. Without it, the vitamin just sits there, useless.

You need to reverse the traps. When you improve body composition, you gently force that stored D out of the fat cells and back into circulation. More D, more energy! Make sure you're taking a high-quality Magnesium (Glycinate is my favourite for absorption). That gives your body the key it needs to finally use all that released D for immunity, mood, and energy.
