Surrounded by natural beauty and small-town charm, our center is located in Connelly Springs, North Carolina. We're just a short drive from several major hospitals including Carolinas Healthcare Blue Ridge Valdese and have been proudly serving the Connelly Springs community since 2003.
Step through our doors and you'll be greeted with a warm smile from our friendly and caring staff. We offer comfortable, modern gathering spaces, Wi-Fi throughout the building, and bright, well-lit rooms. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym is constantly being updated with the most advanced rehabilitation equipment, ensuring the best recovery possible.
At Carolina Rehab Center of Burke, we’re proud to be part of the community. We’re actively involved in promoting health education and are members of the Frye Senior Care board, the Blue Ridge Healthcare Long Term Care committee, the Guardian Health Professional Advisory Board, and many more. We also sponsor blood dives throughout the year and participate with our local Hospice centers.
We’re also proud of the exceptional care we provide and have been rated 2nd best nursing home in the state of North Carolina by U.S. News & World Report several years in a row.
