I just wanted to take a moment and send out a few "thank you's". First, thank you to Mystic Misfits for having me at the market on Saturday, it was amazing to be surrounded by such beautiful energy and like-minded people. Thank you to all of you who swung by my little booth and either signed up for a mini- session, like-followed-shared, and those who booked with me! All of your support just means SO much, I appreciate each one of you! To all the folks at work who made adjustments so that I could take off early and be at the event. Finally, thank you to Jaidyn Anderson and Nate Harvey, I couldn't have done it without you guys! 💜💜💜

Did you know that Reiki can be sent across distance?! It is energy, after all, so why not send it forward or back in time to a you that really could use it, too? Anytime I think about using Reiki in this way, I always think about Dr Who and the T.A.R.D.I.S. and it makes me smile! Welcome to The Sacred Flame! My name is Kristin and I am here for all of your Reiki needs!
I'd like to take a moment and talk about what lead me to working as a Reiki healer. I've struggled with depression and anxiety most of my adult life... throw in a couple of autoimmune diseases and it's been a bit of a rough ride. Reiki has been such a huge part of my healing process and I am so grateful to have been lead down this path!
