Brainwave Optimization®
A natural way to assist your brain to reach a more relaxed and balanced state.
It is different from any other approach in that it uses precision measurement devices (hundreds of times more granular than a standard EEG) and sophisticated technology that acoustically mirrors your brain’s activity in real time, which prompts the brain to begin to adjust its activity to a more balanced state (optimize itself ), resulting in a variety of improvements. There is nothing else like it in the world. http://brainwaveoptimization.com/elevate-brain-and-body/
It is not a treatment or therapy for medically defined disease or psychological disorders, and it is not a way to diagnose or treat diseases or disorders.
Hypnotherapy
Experts agree that hypnosis is simply a natural, relaxed and focused state of mind where communication with the subconscious mind is facilitated. Hypnotherapy is the application of universally accepted self-discovery techniques and self-empowerment methods (during a relaxed and focused state of mind) that frees you of subconsciously held negative or fear-based beliefs and assumed limitations. This provides for an ongoing experience of your natural state of health, joy and abundance.
While hypnotherapy is never intended to replace competent medical or psychiatric treatment, it has proven to be an important and highly effective complementary therapy.
Common Applications:
Reducing Anxiousness
Stress Relief
Behavioral Change
Improved Performance
Smoking Cessation
Weight Loss
Medical Support Hypnotherapy:
Surgery Preparation/Recovery
Accelerated Healing
Pain Control
Childbirth
Overcoming Fears and Phobias
Other Health Concerns
Massage Therapy
There’s no denying the power of bodywork. Regardless of the adjectives we assign to it (pampering, rejuvenating, therapeutic) or the reasons we seek it out (a luxurious treat, stress relief, pain management), massage therapy can be a powerful ally in your healthcare regimen.
Experts estimate that upwards of ninety percent of disease is stress related. And perhaps nothing ages us faster, internally and externally, than high stress. While eliminating anxiety and pressure altogether in this fast-paced world may be idealistic, massage can help manage stress. This translates into:
• Decreased anxiety. • Enhanced sleep quality. • Greater energy.
• Improved concentration. • Increased circulation. • Reduced fatigue.
Furthermore, clients often report a sense of perspective and clarity after receiving a massage. The emotional balance bodywork provides can often be just as vital and valuable as the more tangible physical benefits.
