Colorectal cancer is one of the most preventable cancers — and one of the most treatable when caught early. Screening saves lives.

If you’re 45 or older (or younger with risk factors), now is the time to talk with your provider about getting screened. A simple reminder on your phone today could make all the difference tomorrow.

Our NICU elf is modeling a nano preemie diaper, chosen because he's roughly the same size as a micropreemie. A micropreemie is born at less than 26 weeks gestation, weighs 1 lb 12 oz or less, or measures just 8-14 inches long. 💚🫶

Here are a few cozy-season safety tips to help you stay on your feet:
• Bundle up and lace up in shoes with good grip
• Salt or sand your steps and sidewalks
• Hold on tight to railings — they’re your winter bestie
• Take “penguin steps” on icy patches 🐧
• Keep entryways dry to avoid slippery floors
