What a time we find ourselves in!

They say this coming year brings us into an entirely new way of being ~ the very fabric of our physical reality is changing, and we might feel that in any number of ways.

Gentleness and ever more gentleness is required as we are just little newborns within this shift.

The upcoming full moon finds us nestled between our inner wise-one (sun in Capricorn) and our inner little-one (moon in Cancer). Together, they offer the perfect pairing to give ourselves the love that perhaps we never received.

We all want a world filled with more ease, joy, and freedom which starts by letting ourselves be just as we are.

No pressures. No expectations. Just raw spirit power breathing on this beautiful earth.

Set-up from today’s private session in Katonah Yoga. Each symptom in the body is indicative of somewhere in our psyche where we are not occupying center, our true seat of power.

We all run from ourselves or from life in various ways from time to time. It’s part of the human experience.

And as yogis, we can use the practice to pin point those arenas of avoidance and how they manifest in the body (which is truly just the physical expression of mind).

Katonah is a kind of hatha yoga with special emphasis on psyche and archetypal form.

We use blocks, blankets, straps, and sandbags not for restorative purposes (tho I love those practices as well), but rather to create healthy boundaries that redirect unconscious energy leaks and coax us into inhabiting ourselves a little more fully.

Each time we address a physical issue, if we get to the real root of it, we unlock something magical deep in our hearts.

I would not be able to channel energy the way I do, or access my intuitive super powers without the foundations granted to me by this work.

I’ll teach you how to read your own body/mind and we’ll look at a few basic shapes with a nuanced perspective and fresh understanding.

In just a few sessions, we can illuminate new embodied pathways and neural networks that you can take with you into any movement practice, and most importantly, into your one wild and precious life.

I’ll share the material to give you a practical map to your own success.

(And of course, we can combine this with energy healing, angelic clearing and/or readings + intuitive coaching for those seeking a spirited and multi-dimensional approach to their depth of transformation).

What a time! I’m sure we’ve all had our own version of the ups and downs, the dark and the light.

Many timelines are converging, many energies overlay all at once.

This upcoming new moon in Sagittarius encourages us to dream big. To aim our arrow high into the heavens and pierce through to a new reality.

The moon will be conjunct the galactic center and 3i atlas will be in its closest brush to earth ~ the time is ripe for creator energy that accurately reflects the field of our hearts.

I invite you to slip into the balm of presence to clear a path toward your own joy.
