Are you a Doula in the Mohawk Valley, NYS, and would like to meet other Doulas? The MV Doula Cooperative hosts monthly zoom calls (1st W & Th of the month) that are available to any local doulas to 'meet', network, problem solve - however you would like to utilize the time and space!

April's calls are Wednesday, 4/1, 1-2pm & Thursday, 4/2, 7:30-8:30pm (usually the Th one is 6-7pm but this month's is later).

A big Thank You to Jim Davis, Executive Director of the Samaritan Counseling Center of the Mohawk Valley, for presenting on the topic of “Compassion Fatigue” for our local Doulas, this morning! A donation was made to the Counseling Center on behalf of the MV Doula Co-op, which will help offset counseling services for their clients.

Happy World Doula Week, 2026!

This year, my personal and heartfelt focus for WDW is CONNECTION and UNITY. We've been working hard, these past few months, creating a Network of Doulas in the 'Mohawk Valley' area (think: Little Falls to Syracuse, Cooperstown to the Blue Line of the ADKs), both to STRENGTHEN our existing Prenatal & Birth Support field, and to help families access that support more easily.
