How to participate:
1. Schedule a time to come into the clinic to pick up your child’s art supply kit and have their photo professionally taken.

2. Your child will receive a kit with a photo showing half of their face.

3. Using the art materials provided (crayons, watercolors, acrylic paints, or colored pencils) or any supplies at home, your child will complete the other half of their face.

4. Encourage your child to be creative and express themselves however they want. There’s no right or wrong way!

If your child uses paint or watercolors, please let their artwork dry completely.

5. Submit a photo of your child’s finished artwork or drop it off at our location. Submission details are included in the kit.

We look forward to celebrating your child’s creativity and self-expression in our community art display!

Cómo participar:
1. Programa una cita para venir a la clínica a recoger el kit de materiales artísticos de tu hijo y que le tomen una foto profesional.

2. Tu hijo recibirá un kit con una foto que muestra la mitad de su rostro.

3. Usando los materiales proporcionados (crayones, acuarelas, pinturas acrílicas o lápices de colores) o cualquier otro material que tengan en casa, tu hijo completará la otra mitad de su rostro.

4. Anima a tu hijo a ser creativo y expresarse como quiera. ¡no hay una manera correcta o incorrecta!

Si tu hijo usa pintura o acuarelas, por favor deja que su obra se seque completamente.

5. Envía una foto de la obra terminada o entregándola en nuestra ubicación. Los detalles para la entrega están en el kit.

We’re excited to invite kids to take part in our arts in health Split Image Art Activity. A fun and creative project where young artists complete the other half of an image in their own unique style!

Children (ages 6-17) can choose their favorite medium:
🖍️ Markers
🎨 Watercolors
🖌️ Acrylic Paint
✏️ Colored Pencils

All materials will be provided and available for pickup at the FSU Clinic.

This activity will be ongoing throughout the month of October, so there's plenty of time to join in!
