This group is comprised of Rock Township Paramedics and community volunteers. Our employee's feel a strong sense of dedication to their community.

Our goal is to facilitate improved interaction within that community in both the emergency and non-emergency setting. For that purpose we will use this platform for the dissemination of news and information that is pertinent to the residents and visitors of Arnold, Barnhart, Fenton, Imperial, and Kimmswick. In addition to being a source of valuable emergency information, the Community Outreach will engage in charitable and volunteer projects that benefit our local community. This will allow us to enact our convictions beyond the workplace: the prevention of illness or injury, and the mitigation of it's effects on individuals and their families. For that purpose, we will remain engaged in pursuits that creates a better community for all of us to live in.

We had a great time visiting Mustard Seed Preschool in Arnold for their Bicycle Rally this week! 🚲🚑

Our crew talked with the kids about bicycle and general safety, gave tours of the ambulance, answered lots of awesome questions, and cheered everyone on during the race.

Thank you to Mustard Seed Preschool for inviting us out to be part of such a fun event. We love opportunities like this to connect with our community and help teach little ones how to stay safe while having fun!

We had some very special visitors stop by the station yesterday! 🍪🚑

A local Girl Scout troop dropped off cookies for our crew (which definitely didn’t last long 😄) and got a behind-the-scenes look inside one of our ambulances.

Thank you for thinking of us and for the treats…we appreciate your kindness more than you know! 💚

If your group ever wants to stop by for a tour, we’d love to have you!

Our county is currently operating in Emergency operations due to high call volume. Please make smart choices and stay safe. Water levels can be deceiving. There are numerous roads flooded in the area.

It appears as though Mr. Freeze will be visiting our area tonight. Please take some time to keep yourself safe.

Our colleagues over at Jefferson County 9-1-1 Dispatch Official are moving their emergency alerts to a new platform. See below to stay informed!

CodeRED is being replaced and will no longer be available for Jefferson County 911 Dispatch notification alerts beginning in October, 2023. We are now registering Jefferson County citizens to receive notifications from our new emergency alert system, Everbridge.

Everbridge is an emergency alert system that works similar to CodeRED. It allows subscribers to receive alerts and information pertaining to police, fire, severe weather, health and safety. Registration is simple and you pick the delivery method: text, email, or a phone call. Scan the QR code or visit the website listed below to register.

💙 Today is International Womens Day.
We are proud to employ 18 full time female paramedics and 3 women in our front office. There are also several part time female paramedics on our team. These women exude strength, courage and professionalism. We are thankful and grateful for their dedication to the citizens of our community.

“I have seen women living through the worst, the best, the hardest conditions, their courage to work, their confidence, their willingness to fight-that keeps me going.” Bishnu Maya Gharti, Nepal
