If you’re training for your old lady body (like I am!), impact training is crucial for bone density.

Bone responds to FORCE. Impact training stimulates osteoblast activity - the cells that build bone. Calcium is only a small part of the big picture. We can’t supplement our way out.

Aging gracefully starts with knowing your why.

Not the surface why—like fitting into old jeans or chasing a number on a scale—but the deeper why. The why that makes you choose the nourishing meal, the walk, the breath, the early bedtime. Your why might be staying strong enough to travel freely, getting up off the floor with ease, thinking clearly for decades to come, or being present and vibrant for the people you love.

When your why is clear, healthy habits stop feeling like discipline and start feeling like devotion.

Maybe your why is protecting your brain by eating colorful, plant-rich meals full of antioxidants and healthy fats. Maybe it’s building strong bones with mineral-rich greens and legumes so you can move confidently for years. Maybe it’s calming inflammation so your body feels lighter and more energized. Or maybe it’s spiritual—honoring the body that carries your soul.

Graceful aging isn’t accidental. It’s intentional. It’s rooted in purpose.

As toxins move up the food chain, they concentrate—especially in large animals and processed foods.

Choosing plants = less toxic burden + more space for your body to heal.
