Monitor Your Impact with the Nursing Dashboard

Nurses now have a powerful tool to help improve documentation and patient care: the MH Nursing – My Impact Dashboard in Epic. Located under the “Dashboard” tab, this feature should load as your default view and presents real-time statistics for documentation and scanning compliance. The dashboard displays your personal metrics for the current month and the previous two months, offering an easy way to track performance trends. It’s designed to help you monitor key areas such as:

• Pain reassessment rates
• Blood product compliance
• Timely flowsheet documentation
• Timely medication administration

By regularly reviewing this data, Methodist Hospitals nurses can identify opportunities for improvement, guide self-directed learning, and ultimately enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. The dashboard is more than a tracking tool—it’s a resource for accountability and growth.

CARF Accreditation Affirms Methodist’s Excellence in Inpatient Rehabilitation Care

Congrats to Mariana Maynard, RN, who is among the Best of the Region! ⭐🎉 Mariana is a Methodist Hospitals Labor and Delivery nurse on the Southlake campus. She is also among the best nurses in Northwest Indiana according to readers of the Times, who chose Mariana among the Best of the Region in the newspaper’s 2025 reader poll. 📰

Four Methodist Hospitals nurses were among 10 Northwest Indiana nurses recognized by The Times as part of its Nurses – The Heart of Health Care effort to salute outstanding nurses serving The Region.
