Indiana University of Pennsylvania is currently offering various surplus items through the online auction company GovPlanet.

• Registration with GovPlanet is required to bid on this type of IUP auction and all bidding and payments will be handled through GovPlanet. Please be aware there are fees listed on GovPlanet website.
• Preview and pickup days/times can be found in the auction details.
• If you are awarded a bid, you will be notified via email from GovPlanet.
• All payments will be directed through GovPlanet
• Buyers are responsible for item removal within the agreed upon time frame. Buyer must bring/show paid receipt and must sign a release form at the time of removal.
• Pickup of winning items must take place within announced dates and times or items may be subject to forfeiture.
• Freight or courier shipping arrangements for items must be made by the Buyer and those plans for pick up must be coordinated with the IUP Central Storeroom.
• Any costs and labor associated with packaging beyond pallets and shrink wrap will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
• All items are sold on an “AS IS”, “WHERE IS” basis.
• IUP makes no warranty, expressed or implied as to conditions, quantity, kind, weight, size, or description, or its fitness or purpose and assumes no liability with respect to any items for sale.

Hello!
We are pleased to announce Indiana University of Pennsylvania will once again begin offering various surplus items. Our surplus will now be offered through the online auction company GovPlanet. Please note, registration with GovPlanet is required to bid on this type of IUP auction and all bidding and payments will be handled through GovPlanet.

Preview and pickup days/times will be announced prior to the start of the auctions.
If you are awarded a bid, you will be notified via email from GovPlanet. All payments will be directed through GovPlanet.

Vehicle Sales
*Appointment for pickup of all vehicles and titled equipment MUST be made in advance as ALL title transfers will need to be coordinated with an authorized IUP employee and completed near our location prior to removal. The winning Buyer must be present at the time of pick-up or provide their transport company with a notarized document claiming that the signor has authorization to sign on behalf of the new title holder.
