Indiana University of Pennsylvania is currently offering various surplus items through the online auction company GovDeals.com

• Registration with GovDeals is required to bid on this type of IUP auction and all bidding and payments will be handled through GovDeals.
• Preview and pickup days/times can be found in the auction details.
• If you are awarded a bid, you will be notified via email from GovDeals.
• All payments will be directed through GovDeals.
• Buyers are responsible for item removal within the agreed upon time frame. Buyer must bring paid receipt and must sign a release form at the time of removal.
• Pickup of winning items must take place within announced dates and times or items may be subject to forfeiture.
• Freight or courier shipping arrangements for items must be made by the Buyer and those plans for pick up must be coordinated with the IUP Central Storeroom.
• Any costs and labor associated with packaging beyond pallets and shrink wrap will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
• All items are sold on an “AS IS”, “WHERE IS” basis.
• IUP makes no warranty, expressed or implied as to conditions, quantity, kind, weight, size, or description, or its fitness or purpose and assumes no liability with respect to any items for sale.
