3. Soybeans and soybean-based products: Soy disrupts estrogen production and causes symptoms such as bloating, headaches, mood swings, hot flashes, night sweats, and joint pain.

4. Coffee and caffeinated beverages like soda or energy drinks can make it harder for your body to absorb calcium which can lead to osteoporosis later in life. They also inhibit absorption of iron which can lead to anemia if not corrected with supplements or better nutrition choices!

6. Gluten: Gluten is found in wheat products like bread, pasta, and cereal and often causes digestive issues such as bloating or gas after eating these products.
