Women’s History Month is here, and there’s no better way to uplift the women in our community than by making sure they have access to the services they need. 💜 Join us for our annual Women’s Health Fair and bring the women in your life with you!

📅 Date: This Saturday, March 14
⏰ Time: 11 am – 2 pm
📍 Location: CAFE

Throughout the day, we’ll offer workshops on maternal health and doula support led by Divine Transitions Full Spectrum Doula Care Services. 🤰🏾 Participants who attend the workshops will be entered into raffle giveaways with exciting prizes you won’t want to miss—more prize details will be shared THIS week!

You can also enjoy sound bath sessions led by Tiffany Noel, sexual health screenings provided by Damien Center, and blood pressure checks on site. In addition, we’ll have vendors sharing resources around mental health, health insurance, social services, and more to support your whole well-being. 🌿

Your baby doesn’t care if their outfit was brand new with tags or a hand me down from a cousin’s closet.
They don’t care if the crib came from a fancy store or off Facebook Marketplace.
They don’t know if the bouncer was full price or a $5 garage sale find.

They don’t measure love in price tags.

They measure it in full bellies.
Clean diapers.
Warm cuddles.
The sound of your voice.
The way your arms feel when you pick them up.

One day the clothes, the gear, the stuff… it’ll all be gone or forgotten. But the way you loved them when they were small? That stays.

Good moms aren’t made by how much they spend… they’re made by how deeply they care and how faithfully they show up.

Choosing self care is not stepping away from the work; it is sustaining your ability to serve with integrity, compassion, and longevity. When doulas care for their own hearts, the collective remains strong and well-resourced.
