The mysterious fog making lots paranoid because it's making them feel sick is just from all the Volcano eruptions around Earth releasing gases mixing with our atmosphere creating toxic volcano fog known as "Vog". And even regular fog can cause health issues. Not everything is a conspiracy theory!!! Read below. Most will still be hateful and toxic to me for helping them to explain and understand their fears.

Incoming Source Energy Waves are affecting all chakras, especially the inner and outer corners of our eyes. This is to allow us to better see higher dimensional energies and entities. It is best not to wear contacts or eye makeup, as the eyes will be detoxing and are more prone to fungal or bacterial infections. The third eye area, including the ears, nose, and throat, are also being affected, along with all other senses of smell, taste, hearing, and touch. Many will be experiencing almost arthritic feeling pain or cramping randomly throughout the body, along with skin and breathing issues. Learning balance, deep focused breathing, staying connected, grounded, and shielded to Earth with crystals, herbs, and the elements is super important, as we are being guided to live a more natural way of life with the energetic changes occurring. We don't have to be rigid and perfect, but it is time for balanced changes, and if we don't do it on our own, we will be forced to deal with mind, body, and soul illnesses. The head, ears, nose, teeth, jaws, throat, back of neck, lungs, chest, breast, ni***es, stomach, back, kidneys, sciatica, hips, knees, ankles, feet, and toes are being affected by evolutionary Source energy waves. Headache, stomachache, body pain is to be expected randomly. The body is purging and many will notice different or stronger body odor or can be dealing with bacterial or yeast infections. Daily grounding meditation, breath work, and herbs can give relief. Some may need to see a doctor and drink more water and take shower daily.
