𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗺 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆!

We’re excited to welcome Jade Reppert and Jordan Matteson to our hospice and palliative team, each bringing unique experience, compassion, and heart to the care we provide.

𝗝𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 comes to Paradigm with experience in long-term care and home-based hospice. Her decision to stay in hospice was shaped by working alongside incredible hospice nurses and seeing firsthand the impact of one-on-one, patient-centered care. Jade is now expanding her journey into palliative care and is excited to learn all aspects of this specialty.

𝗝𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗻 has been a nurse for eight years with a background in internal medicine, home health, and oncology. She is excited to begin her journey in hospice care and bring her experience to supporting patients and families. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and watching documentaries.

We’re grateful to have both Jade and Jordan on the Paradigm Health team and look forward to the care and compassion they will share with our patients and families.

Melody chose hospice as the final chapter of her nursing career after caring for her own parents, an experience that shaped her passion for end-of-life care. With a background in Labor and Delivery, she now finds deep meaning in getting to know patients, honoring their life stories, and supporting them with dignity and grace.

"Lessons the Year Has Taught Me"

“Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you wanted.”

It’s a funny line, but it’s also a gentle reminder that some of the year’s hardest moments have shaped us in ways we didn't expect.

As I look back, one simple truth keeps rising to the surface: we grew more than we realized. Not through easy days, but through the ones that stretched us. The days when the schedule was full, the needs were heavy, and yet we still found a way to offer kindness, patience, and presence.

Another lesson is that the small things matter more than we realize. A quiet visit. A hand on a shoulder. A phone call returned promptly. A moment where you slowed down long enough for someone to feel seen or heard. These are not small to the people receiving them. They are lifelines. And you provided more of them than you know.

And finally, this year has reminded me that we don't do this work alone. We lean on each other, sometimes without saying we need to. We share the weight, we share the stories, and we share the grace that carries us through the tough days. Community is not a luxury in hospice; it’s essential.

So as the year closes, take a moment to honor what you've given. You helped families through days they will never forget. You brought peace into rooms where fear was trying to settle. You showed up with compassion when it mattered most.

You’re making difficult seasons better.

✅ It counts.
‼️It matters.
🤓 Believe it.

Welcoming Lisa Teel, Senior Vice President of Operations!

Please join us in welcoming Lisa Teel to the Paradigm Health family! With more than 35 years of experience in healthcare ( 30 of those in hospice). Lisa brings a wealth of leadership, compassion, and expertise to her new role.

Throughout her career, Lisa has served in nearly every level of hospice operations, from social work and volunteer coordination to executive leadership. Her decades of service reflect an unwavering commitment to patients, families, and the advancement of hospice care.

Outside of work, Lisa loves spending time on the lake, working with her Tennessee Walking Horses, and being with her two Australian Labradoodles, Scout and Blaze, who you see featured in this photo. A proud sports fan, she is also excited to cheer on the Colts and the Indiana Fever.

We’re thrilled to welcome Lisa’s experience, passion, and heart to Paradigm Health.
