Learn about the crown chakra, Sahasrara Chakra, this Sat, Oct 25th at 6:30 pm.

The Crown Chakra is the bridge between the physical body and the spiritual realm, bringing a sense of joy, purpose, and fulfillment.

This special event will start with 60 minutes of Restorative Yoga as a gentle therapeutic practice designed to release tension and calm the nervous system. Then, GG will guide you through a 30-minute Sound Bath with quartz bowls to heal the body, mind, and spirit.

This is a gentle and relaxing class for all levels of yogis.

The next Restorative Yoga + Sound Healing is Saturday, Sept 27th at 6:30 pm and is focused on the Sacral Chakra.

The Sacral chakra is known as "the dwelling place of the self, "and it supports personal expansion, desires, creativity, and joy in life. It is our vitality center, the water element that gives us fluidity.
