Go HGC chapter! Thanks to you, Carole Treston and Vincent Giuliano-Ramos for representing nurses at the PACHA meeting!

The Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS held its 80th meeting in Houston. Association of Nurses in AIDS Care Executive Director and PACHA member Carole Treston led the charge with ANAC Houston-Gulf Coast Chapter to attend and represent nurses. ANAC member Vincent Giuliano-Ramos of Johns Hopkins serves as co-chair with Marlene McNeese. Public comments were given to the committee on a variety of issues regarding Nursing and HIV. ALL HGC members stood to be heard including HGC President Ev Hicks, President-Elect Mrs. Sheryl Lynne Malone-Thomas FNP, Jim Osburn, Cordella Lyon, Veronica Brady, Robin Sutton Hardwicke, Emily Barr & Diane Santa Maria.

This team made sure nurses were represented! Thank you!!
