Meet Co-Founder and Head of IMBC Social Media, Kristina Garcia. She is a long-time birthworker with roots in California and now a midwifery student. For her, building community after moving across the country away from her original birth tribe was something that has always been on her heart.

IMBC was created with YOU in mind! It is sisterhood of birthworkers meant to spark and nurturing relationships of bipoc women from different backgrounds and beliefs.

If you have been looking for a sisthood of birthworkers of all backgrounds, consider joining IMBC. We are rooted in supporting, uplifting, and building our BIPOC birthworkers here in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. We also believe in having some fun!
