Egg-citement was in the air this week for our Easter Egg Hunt! 🐰🥚✨

The day was filled with laughter, bright smiles and plenty of sweet surprises.

Watching the kids run, explore and celebrate together made it a day to remember. There’s nothing like seeing pure joy in action.

For Beau, that meant finding new ways to communicate, and for his mom, Kate, it meant learning to listen in a whole new way.

Today is all about transformation at Damar and the creativity is everywhere!

As new murals take shape at our Richmond campus, just miles away, a beautiful new piece by local artist Jingo de la Rosa has been installed at our Corporate Headquarters.

Art has a way of bringing not just color, but energy and meaning into the spaces we share, and today is a perfect example of that.

Greg Kanney’s is about what happens after everything changes.

Loss. Disruption. The kind of moments that can make anyone pull back from the world.

For Greg, it meant losing parts of himself, the music, the laughter, the connection. And then, slowly, finding them again.

Today, he’s smiling, singing, rebuilding trust, and rediscovering joy.
