Congratulations Jennifer Craig, MDS Coordinator, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

Eagle Valley is proud to recognize Jennifer Craig, LPN MDS Coordinator as its 2025 Quest for Excellence winner. Jennifer has been a dedicated ASC team member for 13 years and has demonstrated ASC’s core CARE values since.

Since becoming a nurse in 2007, she has worn many hats: floor nurse, unit manager, wound care specialist, medical records coordinator, and agency nurse. In each role, she’s brought the same unwavering dedication to patient care. Most recently, she found her niche in MDS, where her love of solving puzzles and tackling complex challenges shines through in her daily work.

One of her most unforgettable nursing moments came early in her career when she cared for a hospice resident and their family. Though she was still finding her confidence as a new nurse, she instinctively knew that nursing is about more than just clinical skill, it’s about being present, offering comfort, and making a lasting impact during life’s most vulnerable moments. Jennifer still carries this moment with her and it shows in her day-to-day interactions with residents.

Jennifer is driven by a strong sense of purpose and the desire to be a role model for her family, who inspire her every day. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, puzzles, mystery shows, and most of all spending time with the loved ones who fuel her passion. Jennifer’s outstanding service and positive impact at Eagle Valley makes her truly deserving of this recognition. We are beyond thankful to have her serve as part of our team. Congrats, Jennifer!
