This will be a 4-part series focused on helping wellness providers grow sustainable businesses through connection, strategy, marketing, and client retention.

Donations from this pop up Summer Solstice Speak event are going directly to Nasya Holman, a practitioner here in the Saha community who was recently in a car accident that’s caused trauma she’s still recovering from, as well as a big financial strain from being unable to work.

At Saha Wellness Center, we’re offering over 15 weekly classes to support your body, mind, and spirit — from restful meditation and gentle yoga to breathwork journeys and dynamic flows. Whether you’re craving deep rest or powerful movement, there’s a space for you here.

Founding Members get unlimited classes for just $79/month (normally $99) for your first 3 months — a special thank-you for growing with us from the beginning.
