Starting therapy can feel a bit intimidating, and it is normal to feel nervous, unsure, or overwhelmed at first.
We will work to hear and feel you exactly as/where you are.
We will invite you to slow down and share what is happening in your heart, mind, and body.
We will ask you what matters to you, what is hard for you, and where you’d like to be at the end of our time working together.
We won’t be surprised if you don’t have clear goals– oftentimes we begin therapy simply with a sense that something isn’t right, perhaps that we’re bored, lonely, angry, etc. and want it to be different.
We will both support and challenge you as we journey alongside you on the path towards flourishing.
