Starting May 23rd will be a guided Hormone Intelligence educational series and group program. You will receive a free book "Hormone Intelligence" by Aviva Romm and have meal planning for 6 weeks. Price is $250. Looking to have 12 participants. Keep each other accountable to great changes and encourage one another along the journey!

This will be a mix of my current patients and anyone else that would like to join. You will come away understanding why your hormones are imbalanced and the best way to get back to balance. The diet/food plan is a good way to get back to balance but also to shed a few extra pounds in time for the summer and to feel your best. After or during the group you can reach out and start receiving medical care from My Midwife for Life or I will help you know how to talk to your doctor to get your health checked and find the root cause of your imbalance.

They have a wide range of online support groups to allow you to connect with members of your community (NICU moms, military moms, infant loss, infertility support, and many more). Moms, you can even call/text their helpline to get one on one support and assistance finding local resources. 1-800-944-4773

Postpartum Support International is dedicated to helping families suffering from postpartum depression, anxiety, and distress.
