I would like to start with an introduction of Quality To The Maxx Residential Services, LLC. We are a provider of the Indiana Medicaid DD Waiver. We are currently accepting clients for the CIH Waiver, Family Support Waiver, (PAC) Respite, and Structured Family Caregiving.
Our goal is to provide excellent services to all our individuals whom we support. Our home office is in Marion County however we provide services in various locations in Indiana but mainly Marion County.
