I’m outside on this beautiful morning drinking a cup of my Root Chakra tea with one of my favorite beings. Meet Layla.

Yesterday at Brick Street Market I was asked why I chose the ingredients for my products. It was a great question, so I am here to explain this one.

Our Root Chakra tea was crafted with grounding, warming herbs and roots that symbolize stability, vitality, and connection to the earth. Ingredients like ginger, allspice, ashwaganda, licorice root, marshmallow root, cinnamon, dandelion root and other earthy botanicals in the blend help create a comforting, rooted experience that aligns with the traditional energy of the root chakra, helping you feel centered, supported, and present.
