Looking to feel calm, energized, mobile, and restored in 2026? This is the class! A perfect contrast to intense workouts or a busy/stressful week. Integrated Mobility, Fridays at 1pm with Adrienne.

In this mat-based class, we will passively lengthen muscles and connective tissue with the use of props, explore range of motion in the joints, & apply gentle self-massage techniques. We will always end with breath work intended to moderate the nervous system. This class is meant to complement the hard work you do throughout the week at Couture Pilates and in life, leaving you feeling more balanced and rejuvenated.
