Optimum Senior Care Solution is a minority owned business that focuses on senior care, with a passion for Veterans and Alzheimer's disease. OSCS was founded by India Samuels, which provides a wealth of experience for over ten years working with seniors. We offer individualized plans to assist with optimizing the excellence of care in a unique approach to prevent systematic reform which is designed
to fail. OSCS provides workshops for families on how to deal with difficult behaviors and caregiving challenges which integrates a proactive approach in utilizing memory and cognitive skills assisting with simple tasks in daily life. OSCS provides support groups for caregivers to express concerns, share experiences, get tips and receive emotional comfort. Demands of day to day care changes in family roles and decisions about placement in care facilities can be difficult. Nursing homes are not for everyone; OSCS understands seniors are at risk for isolation because they have no one or support. OSCS’s goal is to allow seniors to keep living independently at home with loved ones, instead of in institutionalized facilities.
