Did you know breastfeeding provides powerful health benefits for both baby and mom? 🤱✨

We recently hosted a Breastfeeding Class at the Martin County Health Department to provide education, resources, and encouragement to families in our community.

We’re proud to have Conia Fitch, Breastfeeding Peer Counselor, available right here at the health department to support and encourage moms on their breastfeeding journey. Having someone you can talk to, ask questions, and lean on makes all the difference.

Breastfeeding support matters — and no parent should feel like they have to figure it out alone. If you’re expecting or have recently welcomed a baby, reach out to learn more about our HANDS program and how Conia can support you.

We’re here for you every step of the way. 💕
