As we near the end of , it is time to reflect on a common question - isnβt therapy just sitting and talking all day? π€

Mental health therapy is so much more than βjust sitting and talking all dayβ. In the therapy space, clients are able to talk about both their hardest moments and biggest celebrations. From finding a case manager, recommending higher levels of care, consulting with primary doctors to helping create better study habits or a list of what someone is looking for in a relationship and so much more - therapists are there to hold space for whatever is happening in someoneβs life.
