Today is and we cannot celebrate without acknowledging all that pieces at play when discuss mental wellness. Prioritizing sustainable resourcing for folks is SO incredibly important. We have to address the very real and obvious barriers, systems and structures that are actively harming people.

Today, let's commit to:

🧠 Checking in with yourself, friends, family, and fellow students or coworkers.

🧠 Listening without judgment or the need to reply.

🧠 Acknowledging not all thoughts you have are true and not all feelings you have will last forever.

🧠 Prioritizing self-care. Whether it's a walk outside, a few minutes of quiet, or doing something you love, make time for yourself today.

🧠 Sharing resources and encouraging people to seek help without judgement when needed.
