WHY THE SUMMIT?
In the past decade, much research has supported the importance of bridging talk therapy and somatic movement therapies. Studies have demonstrated that movement is efficacious in helping people quickly develop more resilience as they recover from trauma, PTSD, attachment disorders, abuse, relationship difficulties, and chronic pain. In fact, some people can't heal without movement. But what kind of movement? As each person's journey is unique, we offer many therapeutic movement roads to health.

Together we will build a network of specialists across several disciplines to create a community dedicated to meaningful discourse and support.
