I feel humble and grateful that through 5+ years of experience, and learning from so many supportive colleagues in my career, I am ready to begin my full-time practice as the Owner and Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Nix & Birch Counseling, PLLC. I am honored to continue to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy services for women and birthing people, specializing in:

With a fully virtual format, I aim to make therapy more accessible, offering a safe and convenient way to receive support from the comfort of home.
With advanced training in trauma (EMDR & IFS), certification in substance abuse counseling, and further training in perinatal mental health, I am committed to helping individuals navigate their journey toward healing and empowerment.
