Wow! 30 yrs. ago on this day, Dec. 15th, 1989..I followed my heart to persue a profession that would make a difference in thousands of lives all over the world...I am filled with gratitude and so much more that goes beyond this share of humbleness...for how great can it be that each day I work with the spine, brain & nervous system..a human being in return speaks from their heart and says..."thank you." I am forever grateful to my beloved Dad and my very first health mentor, my mom...that always gave me the words of strength & wisdom...and to have been given chiropractic care as a 'sick child'..which changed my life forever.š

A MIRACLE runner! 10 yrs. ago this dear friend, Bridgid Ruden spent several weeks in SICU surviving a traumatic brain injury, coma and multiple brain surgeries. On Saturday, April 21st we shared a 'new road of victory' coming in 2nd & 3rd/5K (in our age groupā”ā”) at the 9th Annual Brain Injury Alliance Iowa (BIAIA) Run, Walk & Roll! To hear more about Bridgid's story, she will be presenting her book, Discovering My Life's Purpose, at the North Liberty Public Library, May 1st ~ 6:15 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
